What We Do Differently
At Texas Wholesale we run a dual-channel distribution model, selling equally to retailers and other wholesalers/distributors. Most distributors pick one that either focuses on retailers for higher margins and lower volume or focuses on other distributors. We do both.
Why Choose Us
Our success is built on creating lasting partnerships through competitive pricing, exceptional service, and our commitment to helping businesses succeed. We understand the challenges facing retail operations today, and we're dedicated to being a reliable partner that businesses can count on for consistent quality and service.
Our Journey

1995
Three brothers. One dream.
In 1995, three brothers who shared a single dream set out to make it a reality. Together they shared a passion for hard work, entrepreneurship, and the belief that success would follow if they served customers well. Texas Wholesale began as a small Cash & Carry operating out of a 5,000 square foot warehouse with just 5 employees. Aslam, Hussain, and Farooq embraced those humble beginnings, determined to build something lasting. With long days and a commitment to treating every customer like family, they laid the foundation for what would become one of the most trusted names in the wholesale industry.
1998
A Reputation Built on Trust
By 1998, the brothers’ dedication had paid off. As their reputation among retailers and vendors grew, the original warehouse could no longer contain their vision. When a 25,000-square-foot facility on Denton Drive became available, the founders seized the opportunity. This expansion was more than just new square footage; it marked a pivotal new chapter, allowing them to expand their team and scale their operations to meet the community's soaring demand.

2001
Expanding the Reach
The momentum from Denton Drive was undeniable. By 2001, the demand for Texas Wholesale’s service extended well beyond Dallas city limits. Listening to the needs of retailers further west, the brothers opened a second Cash & Carry location in Fort Worth. This expansion wasn't just about a new address; it was a commitment to being accessible to business owners across the entire region.
2011
Delivering on a Promise
In 2004, the company evolved from a destination into a partner that came to you. Texas Wholesale launched its delivery division with a single truck and a handful of routes. Despite these modest beginnings, the ambition was vast. Over the next year, they focused intently on connecting with clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, transforming convenience for their customers and laying the groundwork for a logistics network that would soon outgrow its walls yet again.

2016
Scaling New Heights
By 2016, the company was ready for its most significant transformation yet. Operations were moved just up the road to a 126,000-square-foot facility, providing the infrastructure needed to support their exponential growth. With this new foundation in place, the team stepped onto the national stage. In July 2017, they debuted at their first tradeshow in Las Vegas, returning home one month later to celebrate the grand opening of the new headquarters—a testament to how far the Texas Wholesale team had come.
2024
Reimagining Fort Worth
Nearly a quarter-century after first opening its doors, the Fort Worth location received a major transformation. In 2024, Texas Wholesale completed a comprehensive remodel of the facility, designed entirely around the customer experience. With a modernized layout and upgraded amenities, the renovation wasn't just a facelift—it was a reinvestment in the community that helped spark their growth in the West.
